Herts Opportunities Portal (HOP) has devised an Apprenticeship Portal toolkit to support you on the various stages of your apprenticeship journey. Access support to recognise skills gaps, identify specific apprenticeships, access funding, research training providers, recruit fresh new talent to your business and tailor an apprenticeship programme for you.

Apprentices who joined your organisation from 1 April 2021

You will receive £3,000 for new apprentices of any age who have an employment start date of 1 April 2021 to 30 September 2021. They must have an apprenticeship start date of 1 April 2021 to 30 November 2021.

North Hertfordshire College

North Hertfordshire College offers a broad range of Apprenticeships and courses for adult learners to develop and build on skills to support employment opportunities. This includes developing professional skills and retraining for entry into teaching and science related careers.

National Careers Service

National Careers Service provide independent information, advice and guidance to support you make effective decisions to support learning and training needs.

Peer Networks Programme

The Peer Networks Programme delivered by Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce is a nationwide programme providing support to local businesses. The programme aims to support you work collaboratively to support solutions for your business, providing you with a trusted support network to help build and strengthen your business and improve overall performance. The Programme will also enhance your leadership capabilities, knowledge and confidence as an entrepreneur or business owner.
