How does the funding work?
- A Free feasibility study is undertaken to see if solar is right for you and your building.
- If it is, Electron Green will install one of their rooftop PV systems entirely at their cost.
- Electron Green will supply solar electricity to you at 20p/kWh with no inflation.
- Electron Green will look after the system for 25 years.
- Businesses can buy the system from them at any point.
How does Electron Green operate?
Electron Green’s mission is to support as many businesses as possible in the current cost of living crisis, by making solar accessible and bringing electricity prices down. By keeping overheads low and making small margins on the sale of electricity, Electron Green are keen to ensure they can keep the overall electricity price low.
Mutual benefit
Electron Green will only be paid for the electricity whilst the solar PV is generating.
